our manifesto

We are no church, nor court. Our events are not a place for judgment. This project is about going in dialogue, exploring what people call anger, fear, hesitance, unpleasant emotions, if they even exist. How they show up inside our body, how we express it and how we can be present with people who experience it. This is a space for creation, exploration. We aim to facilitate tools, trust and space to engage in conversation and co-create together through collective imagination.

  • There is no good or bad way. We try, fail and try again. In joining the events you aim to share your experiences along the way and be open and receptive to others’. (Open Source your feelings)
  • We can’t choose what is happening inside of us, our feelings and thoughts are reactive. What we can choose is our behavior and how we interact with each other. During our events it is not our intention that you harm others physically or emotionally. When you accidentally hurt or get hurt, you take accountability for how your behaviour might have contributed and show up for the repair necessary to continue engaging with others.
  • We trust you to communicate what is happening to you. We trust you to express it kindly. We also trust you to be aware of the space you take up and those who don’t. We are also present to help out if you need some help.
  • We are not therapy or crisis intervention, if an emergency scenario emerges we will reach out and re-direct you to qualified professionals.

Remember, be kind and take care of each other.
